RequirementsSuitable for all. If you are not comfortable on your feet for some or all of the class, you can also participate seated.
ObjectivesThe practice is designed to encourage better integration of body, mind and spirit. The practice helps us release tension and self-limitations, while fostering greater physical confidence, self-expression and overall well-being. It's a LOT of fun!
Teaching ProcessI will begin with a little introduction and gentle movement. We start as we are, with our existing levels of physical confidence and freedom of movement. The body is the instructor.
