| Requirements | Suitable for all. If you are not comfortable on your feet for some or all of the class, you can also participate seated. |

| Objectives | The practice is designed to encourage better integration of body, mind and spirit. The practice helps us release tension and self-limitations, while fostering greater physical confidence, self-expression and overall well-being. It's a LOT of fun! |
| Teaching Process | I will begin with a little introduction and gentle movement. We start as we are, with our existing levels of physical confidence and freedom of movement. The body is the instructor. |
