Canada's Smartest Kitchen is the research and development centre of The Culinary Institute of Canada. Our staff focus on innovative food and beverage product development, recipe optimization, sensory and consumer sessions, and corporate culinary services including chef demonstrations, food styling and photography.

Requirements | The site tour will include an informative presentation on the history of CSK at The Culinary Institute of Canada, a part of Holland College. The presentation will cover the client services we offer, our connections to the community, and will be followed by a facility tour of Canada's Smartest Kitchen. |

Teaching Process | The meeting is scheduled to take place on-site at Canada's Smartest Kitchen, located at the Tourism & Culinary Centre in Charlottetown, PEI. The meeting will begin at 10:00 am in our boardroom and will last for a maximum of two hours. As you enter the TCC front door breezeway, you will find our reception desk to the immediate left. Course FacilitatorMichael BryantonChef Michael Bryanton has been a Senior R&D Chef at CSK for over ten years; he is a certified Sensory Science professional expert and a former instructor at The Culinary Institute of Canada, and has decades of experience in the industry as a Red Seal Chef. He utilizes technology and software platforms for work, as well as his personal interests.
