Requirements | This general information presentation on Artificial Intelligence and AI programs will be conducted at Canada's Smartest Kitchen at Holland College; details covered will include how our staff may utilize AI on projects, as well as how members of the public may use these types of services (ex, ChatGPT) for positive communications and outputs. |

Teaching Process | The session will be held on site at Canada's Smartest Kitchen, at the Tourism & Culinary Centre in Charlottetown, PEI beginning at 1:00 pm in our boardroom, for a maximum of two hours. Our reception desk is to the immediate left when you enter the TCC front door breezeway, through the CSK logo double doors.

Course FacilitatorMichael BryantonChef Michael Bryanton has been a Senior R&D Chef at CSK for over ten years; he is a certified Sensory Science professional expert and a former instructor at The Culinary Institute of Canada, and has decades of experience in the industry as a Red Seal Chef. He utilizes technology and software platforms for work, as well as his personal interests.
