| Teaching Process | The session will be held on site at Canada's Smartest Kitchen, at the Tourism & Culinary Centre in Charlottetown, PEI beginning at 10:00 am in our boardroom, for a maximum of two hours. Our reception desk is to the immediate left when you enter the TCC front door breezeway, through the CSK logo double doors. |

He utilizes technology and software platforms for work, as well as his personal interests.
