
Origami Art (Level 2) (Queens County)
Origami is the traditional Japanese art of paper folding. In this Level 2 course, we will build on the skills acquired in the introductory level course, make more complex origami figures and work on larger projects that will span over several classes. We will continue to have fun learning about the history of origami, its role in Japanese culture, and how to create it. Each class will have a cultural component and a practical making component. The Introduction to Origami course is not required but recommended.

Week 3 – Decoration part 2;
Week 4 – Decoration part 3;
Week 5 – Origami art project part 1;
Week 6 – Origami art project part 2;
Week 7 – Origami art project part 3;
Week 8 – Origami art project part 4.
