E-BIKES - Don't knock them until you try them! (Queens County)
This is a hands on course designed to teach you the fundamentals of e-bikes, debunk e-bike myths and most importantly it will allow you to experience riding an e-bike on an instructor lead ride.

Requirements | Experience riding a regular bicycle is the only prerequisite. Ebikes and helmets are supplied. |

Objectives | At the end of the course you should feel comfortable riding an e-bike and have learned enough to know whether e-biking is an activity for you. You will have enough knowledge to help you should you decide to purchase an e-bike or even go on an e-bike tour. |
Teaching Process | The first hour will focus on cycling basics and what makes e-biking different. We will spend 30 minutes letting you test ride the e-bikes in a safe off street location. The final 60 to 90 minutes will be a group ride. |
