Friday Afternoon at the Movies (Queens County)
Participants will have the opportunity to watch and discuss eight movies. This year the focus will be on the various forms of conflict that makes a story interesting. Movies being considered include The General (1929), The Terminal (2004), Beginners (2010), 8 Seconds (1994), The Beaver (2011), Road to Perdition (2002), Her (2013), The Way Back (2010), and Casablanca (1942).
