Dance for Fun and Fitness (Kings County)
Great dance tunes. Accessible choreography. All around fun! Our time together will move our bodies, engage our brains and uplift our spirits as we learn aerobic-based patterns to specific songs. You can't do it wrong! Participants are encouraged to submit their favourite dance tunes for a 'free dance' break in each class.
